Warranty

All Manarch jewelry comes with a 30-day limited warranty. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence.

This limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects identified within 30 days of purchase. It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration or changes to the finish caused by regular use, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or damage to decorative elements.

Manarch is not responsible for an order once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package as successfully delivered.

Any repair, modification, alteration, or other work performed on the product by an outside jeweler or third party will void the applicable warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Manarch before a repair, replacement, or other resolution is provided.
